After people graduate, they have to find a job. 

What they write in their resume and what they do in the interview are really important. 

They should avoid some things.  About resume, avoiding inappropriate things is essential. 

Some people write something special to get their potential employers’ attention

but those things are not appropriate. 

For example, they may have to show their photos in the resume. 

They choose some pictures which they think are cute because of some funny gestures

but the employers may think they are not serious about the job which they are talking about. 

About the interview, people should avoid wearing weird clothes to the interview. 

Some people wear odd costumes because they want to show their potential employers

that they are creative.  To tell the truth, it’s really not a good way to show their creativity. 

People should think about what kind of job it is and choose clean suitable clothes for that. 

Think twice about what to write in the resume and what to wear for the interview and

avoid doing those things and you may get the job which you want.
