Every day we should communicate with each kind of people. Whether you like it or not, we still should learn how to get along with different personality people. 

Everyone wants harmony and good relationship between themselves and others, however, to realize this aspiration is not easy.

I believe that most people are friendly. When we are very polite and ask questions to someone, usually they will not refuse to answer. 

But, when your expression is not good, they were unwilling to tell you.

Like this week's news, a woman and her four year old kid on the bus. 

Because her child was no seat can to sit, she photographed all passengers and Said no one wanted to give a sit. 

In my opinion, the Problem should be in her tone. This is called empathy. Although she is not wrong, but if her tone can be a little better, I

think people on the bus will give their sit to her child.

When we realized this world is composed of a variety of people, you will find that conversation is one of the most important topics in our life.
