Modern society is full of competition, students’ examination in school, business competition, the opportunity of promotion in office.

So, how to release these pressure? In my opinion, these pressure and competition were all came from external environment.

In fact, you could really hurt yourself doing that. People live in a highly competitive environment, must to learn how to cultivate high anti-pressure under thecompetition.

My philosophy of life is if you go on like this, you will not make any progress.

So, who are your competitors? My answer is top one player in your profession.

When you take the first one as your competitor, you will discover, you will think big, and your field of vision will be broader.

Your colleague and competitors were not so dreadful like before...

You are in progress, others are progress, everyone all need competition to grow.
