During the summer time, especially in July and August, typhoons come one after another.

Heavy rain pours before the typhoon comes. Strong winds bring more rain.

When the typhoon arrives, schools, shops, banks, and government offices all are closed.

We stay home and pray it will not cause too much damages.

After the passing of the typhoon, the area looks like a battlefield.

Some places are disaster areas. People suffer casualties, and properties are damaged.

Although the typhoon is an act of God, we have to protect ourselves by all means to

reduce the unnecessary damages.
