I think her attitude still not change, because she really doesn’t like Chinese school. In my opinion, there must be some bad Impression for learning Chinese.
When she was small, her mother was determined to have them learn the language in Chinese school. But they don’t have fun in there. They hate to go to Chinese school.
Until now, she still remembers that Unpleasant time on her childhood. I think she still preferred American then Chinese Culture.
3- Wong and her brother resented being forced to attend Chinese school. Do you think their mother was right in making them go? Why or why not?
I think their mother was right. In my opinion, all of the children must be go to school to study. In the school, we can train on rules of good behavior, conduct, and cleanly ways.
In the other hand, they were Chinese not American. So, they should learn the language of our heritage. If I were their parent, I will try to learn how to say Chinese word.
Then learn the language together and rectify them. When they were as an adult, they were appreciated me.
